Goway’s North American sales team needed a way to view travel agency records and track trip booking activity at an agent level, from their desktops and mobile phones while on the road.
The Solution
AXIS developed a database to manipulate and store records received from Goway’s operational booking system. A custom webservice pushes these records to Zoho CRM, custom-configured by AXIS. Goway salespeople now have real-time access to agent and booking information giving them a holistic view of their accounts and the ability to track daily sales activity. AXIS administrates Goway’s CRM on an ongoing basis providing user management, training, reporting, and database support.
