Pillar To Post needed a corporate website with subdomains for every franchisee so that visitors can search by zip/postal code and find their local home inspector’s website.
AXIS built pillartopost.com on its proprietary Content Management System (CMS) platform. On top of displaying a consistent look and feel for all territories, it provides each franchisee or head office administrators with access to customize each respective subdomain with personalized and localized content. Among its many great features for franchisee lead management is its ability to assign leads to franchisees with shared territories in a round-robin manner.

Pillar To Post needed a suite of Business Intelligence (BI) reports to monitor leads, estimates, and sales by franchisee in order for Sales & Marketing executives to make informed, actionable decisions.
AXIS built reporting dashboards fed with data from multiple databases, on-site and off-site, using Tableau. Deep analytics are now possible with real-time access to the information executives require on a daily basis.

Pillar To Post needed a way of consistently communicating with the real estate agents that recommend their services to home buyers.
AXIS developed a direct marketing program to nurture hundreds of thousands of real estate agents across North America with email and direct mail in an ongoing drip campaign. Pillar To Post franchisees are now receiving referrals from real estate agents without even speaking to them.
